Villa Vascello è sita in Siracusa - Fontane Bianche -in via Prometeo 2 a 500 metri dalla baia con il mare trasparente dalla tonalità verde-acqua. Il clima è temperato, mediterraneo. Sul litorale vi sono ristoranti, trattorie, pizzerie, discoteche, nightclub. La villa è nella parte alta di Fontane Bianche, in zona non percorsa da autovetture ed il traffico veicolare pesante ne è escluso per difficoltà di transitarvi. E' quindi lontana dai rumori del traffico, dai rumori dei vacanzieri e dal rumore del mare quando frange sulla spiaggia.
Vi si accede da un cancello che immette nel parcheggio per due posti macchina. Accanto a questo cancello ve ne è un altro, al n. 4 di v. Prometeo, pedonale con citofono ed apertura automatica; un altro cancello pedonale apre a via delle Muse. Da questo cancello si accede al prato in cui vi sono 5 pini di alto fusto oltre piante ornamentali. Il prato è illuminato da lampioncini sotto cui vi sono i tavoli per cenare o giocare a carte. Il prato è contiguo al parcheggio. il parcheggio immette ad un vano-cucina con veranda. Oltre questo vi è il portoncino d'ingresso che porta all'appartamento del primo piano. proseguendo a piano terra , oltre il parcheggio, vi è altro prato delimitato da asparagi coltivati, contenente alberi da frutto: un pesco tabacchiero, un azzaruolo, un albicocco, un susino, un gelso nero che fruttificano in estate. A fianco del prato vi è il marciapiede che porta alla lavanderia con box doccia calda ed un gabinetto, una doccia esterna delimitata da grigliato. Salendo al primo piano accanto alla scala è installato un argano elettrico per salire le valige o la borsa della spesa. La scala accede alla saletta dove è installata la tv. Da questa sala si accede all'ampio terrazzo di mq 120, illuminato. A sinistra della sala tv si apre il corridoio a cui si accede a destra alla camera da letto matrimoniale, poi altra camera a due letti. A sinistra vi è la seconda cucina completa di tutto, quindi il bagno con vasca ed acqua calda, altra camera da pranzo con il divano a due letti singoli. Da qui si accede al terrazzino che gira attorno all'appartamento e con il balcone su cui si affacciano le due camere da letto. L'impianto idrico è fornito di serbatoio d'acqua posto nella soffitta. L'ambiente è in estate molto fresco per l'ottima costruzione e l'esposizione su tutti i quattro punti cardinali. Vi si nota una netta distinzione tra il caldo esterno e la frescura naturale interna. Non si è mai sentito il bisogno di usare il condizionatore. L'arredamento è sobrio.
NOTA BENE: Al momento dell'ingresso verra' richiesto agli ospiti di pagare una spesa integrativa relativa ai consumi dell'energia elettrica, gas e acqua.
Questo verra' calcolato in base alla durata della permanenza e in proporzione alla fattura della bolletta precedente.
E' opportuno che al momento della partenza la villa sia in condizioni di pulizia accettabili( lavelli, stoviglie, bicchieri e oggetti utilizzati) per consentire alla ditta di pulizia un lavoro piu' celere. Questo per poter offrire un servizio ottimale anche agli ospiti successivi.
Villa Vascello is located in Syracuse - Fontane Bianche - in via Prometeo 2, 500 meters from the bay with a transparent sea with a green-water tone. The climate is temperate, Mediterranean. On the coast there are restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, discos, nightclubs. The villa is in the upper part of Fontane Bianche, in an area not traveled by cars and heavy vehicular traffic is excluded due to difficulties in passing through. It is therefore far from the noise of traffic, from the noises of vacationers and from the sound of the sea when it breaks on the beach.
It is accessed by a gate that leads to the parking for two cars. Next to this gate there is another one, at n. 4 of v. Prometeo, pedestrian with intercom and automatic opening; another pedestrian gate opens in via delle Muse. From this gate you enter the lawn where there are 5 tall pine trees as well as ornamental plants. The lawn is illuminated by lanterns under which there are tables for dining or playing cards. The lawn is adjacent to the parking lot. the parking leads to a kitchen room with veranda. Beyond this there is the entrance door that leads to the first floor apartment. continuing on the ground floor, beyond the parking lot, there is another lawn bordered by cultivated asparagus, containing fruit trees: a tobacco peach, a azzaruolo, an apricot, a plum, a black mulberry that bear fruit in summer. Next to the lawn there is the sidewalk that leads to the laundry room with a hot shower and a toilet, an outdoor shower bordered by a grill. Going up to the first floor next to the staircase an electric winch is installed to climb up the suitcases or the shopping bag. The staircase leads to the room where the TV is installed. From this room you can access the large terrace of 120 square meters, illuminated. To the left of the TV room there is a corridor which leads to the double bedroom on the right, then another twin bedroom. On the left there is the second kitchen complete with everything, then the bathroom with tub and hot water, another dining room with a sofa with two single beds. From here you can access the terrace that runs around the apartment and with the balcony overlooked by the two bedrooms. The water system is equipped with a water tank located in the attic. The environment is very cool in summer due to the excellent construction and exposure on all four cardinal points. There is a clear distinction between the external heat and the natural internal coolness. Never felt the need to use the air conditioner. The furniture is sober.
PLEASE NOTE: At the time of entry, guests will be asked to pay an additional cost relating to the consumption of electricity, gas and water.
This will be calculated based on the length of stay and in proportion to the invoice of the previous bill.
It is advisable that at the time of departure the villa is in acceptable cleaning conditions (sinks, dishes, glasses and objects used) to allow the cleaning company to work more quickly. This is to be able to offer an optimal service also to subsequent guests.
