A 10 min di macchina dal mare, elegante bilocale situato a Giba, per la sua posizione strategica e centrale nel Sulcis, permette di raggiungere le più belle spiagge del sud-ovest della Sardegna. L'appartamento è situato al piano terra in un complesso residenziale di nuova costruzione, ben arredato e curato nei particolari, può ospitare fino a 4 persone comodamente. E' composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, ampia cucina/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, disimpegno con lavatrice e ampio terrazzo esterno arredato con un tavolo da giardino e sedie, tenda parasole, lavandino esterno. Posto auto numerato e riservato adiacente l'appartamento.
L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, zanzariere, TV con decoder, lavatrice e stendibiancheria, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli, aspirapolvere. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, forno elettrico, pentolame e stoviglie. La biancheria da bagno, cucina e letto è fornita su richiesta al costo di €30 a settimana.

La località è fornita di supermercati, bar, pizzerie e ristoranti, ufficio postale, guardia medica, farmacia, biblioteca, parco giochi per bambini, nella stessa località è possibile visitare il “Parco degli Angeli”, un parco dove si possono ammirare varie specie animali sia esotici che razze autoctone, che vivono liberamente nella macchia mediterranea.
La posizione centrale della cittadina permette di essere al centro delle più belle spiagge ed attrattive turistiche della zona, con la stessa distanza è possibile raggiungere a sud, l'incantevole spiaggia di Chia e Capo Teulada, rimanendo incantati dai panorami mozzafiato che la natura ci offre, dirigendosi verso ovest si raggiunge facilmente l'isola di Sant'Antioco e Carloforte con le sue numerosissime spiaggette, mentre percorrendo la strada verso nord-ovest si arriva a Masua, antico porticciolo, fino a raggiungere la scogliera di Pan di Zucchero.
E' possibile visitare le grotte di Is Zuddas a Santadi, il parco archeologico di Montessu a Villaperuccio e Tanit a Carbonia, le miniere di carbone di Serbariu, il villaggio Ipogeo e Necropoli di Sant'Antioco, il nuraghe di Sant'Anna Arresi e molto altro ancora.
Nelle varie località della zona è possibile praticare sport acquatici, escursioni in barca, pesca turismo ed escursioni speleologiche.

At 10 min by car from the sea, elegant apartment situated in Giba, for its strategic position in Sulcis, allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches in the South-West of Sardinia. The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a newly constructed residential complex, well furnished and cured in details, can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, large kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, hallway with a washing machine and a spacious outdoor terrace furnished with a table and chairs, awning, sink outside. Numbered and reserved parking place adjacent to the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV with decoder, washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is complete with all appliances, oven and microwave, Cookware and tableware, a blender. The towels, kitchen and bed is provided on request at a charge of € 20 per week.

The site is provided by supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, post office, doctor's surgery, pharmacy, library, playground, in the same location you can visit the "Parco degli Angeli", a park where you can see various species of exotic animal that breeds, who live freely in the Maquis.
