From the M5

As the M5 ends this becomes A38/A380, continue to where the A380 and A38 separate take lefthand lane (A380) up Telegraph Hill. Continue on A380 for 9 miles to the Pen Inn flyover, take the righthand lane over flyover. In 3 miles at the T-junction at traffic lights take righthand turn onto Hamelin Way (signpost Paignton), after 1 mile straight across roundabout at Gallowsgate onto Hellevoetsluis Way, then after 1 mile at the next roundabout take the 1st exit left Preston Down Road, continue down for 2 miles, on reaching the traffic lights lights go straight across keeping to the lefthand lane, take 2nd right into Morin Road, at crossroads straight across into Upper Morin Road. We are approx 40 yds up on the righthand side.
