We provide full directions of how to reach us by car, (either with or without a sat nav). You are guided to the nearby carpark and have a map and walking directions for the short 7 minute walk to the apartment. Being very central, our apartment is governed by York foot-street hours, so vehicular access directly to the apartment is possible only before 10:30am and after 5pm.For those arriving by train we send a map and walking directions.

Esplorare i dintorni
York is small and the centre is pedestrian only, so plan to see everything on foot. Everyone does. You’ll only need a car, bus or taxi if travelling away from the city or to somewhere outside the main city area, such as the racecourse. (Although that is perfectly doable on foot if you don’t mind walking). For getting here, the train is ideal and we are a short and easy walk from the station. Trains from London are frequent and fast, travel time is about 2 hours. If you come by car we offer you free parking in a private car park just seven minutes walk away. This will save a lot of money as York parking charges are quite high.
