On Leaving Chania airport, turn left at roundabout. Sign to Rethymno.

Turn right at next roundabout.

Next roundabout, follow sign to Souda (not Chania)

Keep going & you will pass a sign saying ‘Souda 4km’ It will take you to Souda Port. At end of road turn right, then left.Through Souda & military base on left.

At junction at end of road turn left onto the national road. To Rethyno.

Pass turning for Stylos.

Next left turn, says Kalyves, Plaka and Almyrida. (DON’T take this UNLESS you want to stop to do a food shop at the Synka Supermarket. If you do, this road will take you through Kalami. Keep going and you will find the supermarket on the right. Continue through Kalyves and follow directions after ‘Turn right at the end of the road.’

Assuming you haven’t turned left at this point, carry on up the National Road and take the next right onto a slip road, to Kalyves. At the end of the slip road turn left. It will take you straight into Kalyves. Turn right at the end of the road. Follow road uphill.

Follow signs to Plaka.(Sharp left turn). Pass through Almyrida. Continue uphill and after driving through Plaka take a right turn to Kambia

Then left turn to Drapanos. Sign saying ‘Drapanos 3km.’

Then next right, also saying Drapanos.

Go through Drapanos, pass little church on left. Turn right at the square, sign says Vamos/Georgopolis.

Pass local taverna on right.

Take 3rd right by the letter boxes. Then sharp right between the 2 lights.

Villa is 4th one on the left. Park in parking bay. Down side path is front door saying Daphne Villa
