How to find the Cottage Lugdine Lodge. Coming from the Bantry direction about 2 miles before you arrive at Glengarrif there is a 4 pillared entrance gate to the left with the name Dromgarriff Estate. (opposite the entrance gates is a large white 2 storey house)If you pass the gates you will come to the Golf Club. At that stage you have have passed the 4 pillared entrance gate to Lugdine. Turn around and mind oncoming traffic and go back 200 yds and turn down entrance to the right. Lugdine Lodge is the 1st cottage on the righthand side.You can drive up to the rear of the cottage.If you are arriving from the Kerry/Limerick direction you will come to Glengarriff Village drive out from the village about 1 and half miles pass, the Golf Club and turn right down through the 4 pillared gates and cottage is 1st on your right.See pics of entrance gates on the website.
