When leaving the Hilo airport, turn left at light (a gas station is at the corner across street). Drive all the way through Hilo past the Walmart on the left and keep going out of town until you reach the KEAAU PAHOA BYPASS RD/HI-130 S (turn left on to it). Continue to follow HI-130 South and you will see Pahoa on your right. Keep going straight past it for 9 miles down the hill towards the ocean. Just right after the church, make a left on Route 137, then immediately turn right down the hill to the stop sign. Turn left on KALAPANA - KAPOHO RD and go straight [exactly 3.1 miles] until you reach the cottages on your left.
