HOW TO MOVE AROUND

Standing on a small hill overlooking the sea that makes the place unique and spectacular, at 300 metres above the sea, you need a car to move. So, to move independently, and to reach the very near beaches (for the presence of an uphill road) you need a car or a scooter/motorcycle.

Our studio is located in a panoramic area, overlooking the islands of Ponza, Ventotene, Ischia, Capri and promontory of Circeo, among olive trees and fruit trees, quiet and silent even during high season, in front of the beautiful beaches of the 300 steps, Arenauta, Ariana. In 2 minutes by car you reach the long sandy beach of SantAgostino, 5 min. by car the beaches of Serapo and Fontania, 10 min. by car the charming town of Sperlonga.
