COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS for 309 OCEAN DUNES VILLAS

• We have taken Hilton Head Island’s Path Forward Pledge to provide a safe and protected environment by following all available government sanctioned and professional expert guidelines and policies that will mitigate the spread of Covid-19, as we open our businesses back up for the future.

• We will not check in any guest that has contracted Covid-19 or exhibited any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days unless a follow up test has provided negative results, with reminder letter going out just prior to each check in.

• Contact less check in is available upon request.

• We have reduced out maximum occupancy for the unit from 6 to 4 persons for any new reservation for the duration of the Pandemic.

• Our housekeepers have been advised of the CDC recommended guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting and have been asked to abide by those guidelines.

• We have increased our frequency of deep cleanings to a Monthly Frequency to include a detailed sterilization of all surfaces.

• A hand sanitizer machine has been installed at the entrance to our unit and guests and service personnel are asked to utilize it before entering the unit. In addition, service personnel must wear a face mask during their visit.

• In order to assist our guests with the task of keeping your living quarters “Covid-Free” during your stay, we have stocked this cabinet with several sterilizing products, to be used at your discretion should a guest desire to supplement the cleaning service provided between stays.

o Sterilizing wipes – A fast convenient way to wipe down any surface in the condo.

o Bleach Cleaner – Good for any hard surface and can be used on the two white fabric rocker glider chairs as well. Just spray and wipe down with cloth or paper towel.

o Lysol Spray – Can be used for disinfecting the general airspace of any room. Please be sparing and do not overuse. This product is pretty much sold out everywhere and will be nearly impossible to replace.

o Sanitizing Surface Spray – Great for metal surfaces such as doorknobs and appliance/cabinet handles and switches, but also good for counters and tables. Should sit on surface for 10 minutes before wiping off.

o Fabreze – Provides no disinfecting properties but will freshen up all cloth surfaces such as Bedspreads, Pillows, and upholstered Chairs and Couch. A guest are welcome to be generous with this as it is readily replaceable. Bedspreads and blankets are machine washed every few weeks.

o Laundry Detergent & Laundry Sanitizer - Should a guest feel compelled to wash the linen during their stay, there are washing machines near the elevator. The machines take quarters which can be obtained at the VTHHI offices across the street. The cost is $1 to wash and $1 to dry each load

• Our pool furniture has been reconfigured to comply with the latest SC DEHEC recommendations for social distancing at swimming pools

• A copy of the current government guidelines and restrictions on activities outside the unit is being posted within the unit. Specifically, these guidelines cover the use of the Pool, Beach, Fitness Center, and local Shops and Restaurants. • We urge all guests to bring their own facemasks to protect themselves and others when they venture out during their island stay.

• If any guest should exhibit any symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay in Hilton Head, we are asking them to advise us immediately, so we can take remediation actions and advise future guests. And providing information on the nearest Covid-19 testing center which is at Hilton Head Hospital
