Access Information:

Woodgate is suitable for those that can manage the internal stairs.

There is a steep track to drive up to access the parking space. From the parking space the access is flat to the property. There is an electric vehicle car charger. Internally there are short flights of stairs between the different floors.

Second floor master and twin bedrooms

Third floor ensuites accessed from master bedroom and twin bedoom

Externally there are several steps (approximately 50) leading to Commonwood Manor driveway which joins “Johns Way“ ; this is a private footpath leading to the town centre a five to ten minute walk away. Please note there is a short section of walk which is on the busy main road with no pavement (approximately 200 yards)

There is a security camera overlooking the Carpark at Woodgate. This will be on during your stay.
