Courtneys is our property with the Studio Lodge in the walled garden. We are located just outside the village (approx 1/4 mile) of Pensilva on the Golberdon Road. Golberdon Road starts just in front of the village pub Victoria Inn.

Follow Golberdon Road for approx 1/4 mile, pass Fern lodge Kennels on your left, around a sharp bend. Road straightens, pass Paladin Park advertising site board on your right. You will then see a drive on the right - take the second driveway COURTNEYS. Drive up and park in front of Studio Lodge. The Lodge entrance is accessed through the walled garden.
