From Edinburgh or Glasgow - the M90 becomes the A90.

After Perth follow the signs for Rait. Approx 10 miles from Perth take the Inchmichael junction, then take next turn right, heading towards Rait until reaching small crossroads. At the crossroads turn right (do not go straight into Rait village), approx half mile along road Fingask drive is on left (opposite a white house).

From Dundee take A90 towards Perth and after approx 11 miles take slip road to Rait on left, then turn right at the roundabout to cross over flyover. Take first left turn following signs to Rait. Continue until the crossroads and turn right (do not go straight into Rait village), approx half mile along road Fingask drive is on left (opposite a white house).

Gean Tree is at the top of the estate. Follow the 'site' signs to Gean Tree Cottage. At top of main drive bear right, take second left, then first right to go up the hill. Gean Tree is on the left with parking outside the front door. door.
