You will not need to worry about picking up keys because we have a lock box to access anytime at your arrival. Buses - see SCAT - Sarasota County Bus Service and the main office is 4-5 blocks to the sunset-way. Please turn off the fans, lights and lock the door, put the key back in the lock box when you leave. The Place is very clean, try to keep it the same way because you are paying a little cleaning fee. If you leave a mess your card will be charged with the same cleaning fee amount and don't forget to pick up your trash and put it by the door outside when leaving. Pet fee is $80 per stay.
