There are direct flights from most European countries to Cape Town. The airport is about 40 minutes from Brodie Cottage. From the airport if you have chosen to rent a car, follow the signs for the N2 to Cape Town. After a few miles, keep to the left and take exit 6 onto the M3 to Muizenberg. You will pass the University of Cape Town (UCT) and the Rhodes Memorial on your right. Follow the road until it comes to an end and then at the traffic lights turn right signposted M42 Ou Kaapseweg and Fish Hoek. Before the second set of traffic lights turn left and go over the mountain pass, take the first turning on the right into Silvermine Road and then the next right. When you reach the security barrier explain to the security staff who you are and they will inform the house and let you through. Brodie Cottage can be found third left on the corner.
