We are happy to quote you pro rata if you are not booking whole weeks, mimimum days in summer is 5, but please message me if i have empty days i am happy to have you.
Changeover Day is flexible, email for more information. Long Term Winter Rentals are welcome, please email for specific rates. Free Wi -Fi unlimited Internet throughout the villa is included in rental, Child cot & highchair are included , please reserve at time of reservation. A €600 security deposit is charged , refunded if there are no damages, we don't charge for normal wear and tear.
In Special Offer weeks, price quoted is for number of persons specified, extra guests subject to surcharge
50% of rental + security deposit is due to confirm the reservation.
Balance 50% due one month before start of holiday.
If reservation is less than 1 month before arrival , then all fees are due
