Out of Peak Season weekend stays are available on request - please ask.

There is a minimum rate of £1,600 for a short stay of two or three nights over a weekend outside of Peak Season.

We ask for 30% deposit to be paid on confirmation with the signed contract and the balance to be paid two months out. A damage deposit cheque is required and will be returned or destroyed after the house has been checked on departure.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you have to cancel your holiday you will not be entitled to a refund of any sort UNLESS that period is subsequently re-let. Once re-let, a refund (less an administration charge of £25) will be forwarded to you.

If for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, (e.g. Covid Restrictions imposed by Welsh or UK Government), the property is not available for the period booked by you, a full refund without deductions will be forthcoming without delay.
