This apartment is let on a long-term rental basis for up to 2 person occupancy at a daily rate from rental rate from £28.00 pr.nt. Minimum stays of 63 nights. Travel insurance is mandatory and the details of your insurer will be required at the time of booking. We offer free secure Wi Fi & IPTV Channels up to 125 channels. DATES. The rental includes all linen, towels & pool towels. Plus TV and WiFi
Electricity in the property for the period of occupancy is payable by THE TENANT an upfront sum of 2 months estimated costs being paid in advance normally £150.00 pr. month =£400 for a stay of 63 nights. (This may vary due to the period of the contract) Please note that the total Electricity is payable in full, and a copy of each bill will be sent to the tenant as soon as it arrives. Any difference in credit will be refunded as soon as the bills arrive, and any extra usage will be payable by the tenant before departure.
In order to reserve this apartment, we require the following payments.
A 15% non refundable booking deposit of the total rental is required to secure the reservation., together with the signed booking contract to secure the reservation. The 85% balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks before the first day of the occupation in the property in full. All payments are to be made by Bank Cheque or Bank transfer or by PayPal using your Credit Card. If the property is booked within 10 weeks of the first day of the rental then the full rental is required by return. Payment in full, by a bank transfer or by Credit Card via PayPal transfer. We require cleared funds before the release of the apartment keys. We also require the Security/ Breakage Damage bond to be paid of £400.00 to be paid before we release the keys( normally 3 weeks) by bank transfer or credit card via Pay Pal. The security bond is refunded as per the booking contract. If the apartment is not returned in the same condition of repair and cleanliness as existed at the start of the rental booked then I reserve the right to charge 120 euros for the extra cleaning costs at the end of your stay which will be deducted from your security / Damage Bond. We also request a deposit for the Electricity bills during the stay of £400.00 in advance. We only offer longer term stays in this property each year.
